Halo Wars out March 3, 2009

Demo is out and the it looks beautiful!

You can play through two parts of the main campaign and/or play as the Covenant or the Marines in Skirmish.

The demo also has an tutorial process that you can go through. This gets you familiar with the games control scheme, which works brilliantly.

I do prefer strategy games on a pc, but with Halo Wars the control scheme works.

The games cut scenes also look beautiful. I can't wait for the complete product.

The game will be on shelves March 3, 2009!

I really want to try it..just wish it had mouse and keyboard support.

Soooooo...it's like...Starcraft or Warcraft mixed with Master Chief...Hmmmmm...They seem to be trying to milk the Halo series dry...that poor cash cow...

Too bad the company that's making the game closed, so no more Age of Empires, or even a sequel to Halo Wars, if they decide to do another one.

AoE had so many other historic battles they could do, despite many of them not being set in the Imperialist era, and not redo the same battles over and over again...

.. I'm looking at you, Medal of Honor and Call of Duty (Treyarch specifically)...

Finally got to play the demo. It's really simple which is what it needs to be because it's on a console. So I would say it seems to have turned out pretty well.
